It's back! If you happened to have surfed El Porto during the last big South swell you are all too familiar with the lovely current that was running to the north. Fast enough to get you from the restrooms to the jetty in under 6 minutes, it was the talk of the lineup the entire swell's run. I've never seen so many people walking down from the jetty and so few people out front like I did then. Crazy.
Well, after a few day's hiatus, it's up and running again albeit at a few knots slower. Rosecrans to the restroom in under 4 waves. Enjoy the scenery and be sure to wave as you pass.
